Mr. Krishnendu Acharya is a highly accomplished finance and compliance professional with over 19 years of diverse experience spanning financial management, taxation, auditing, and corporate governance. A qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Chartered Accountant Finalist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and a Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA Inter) professional from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), he brings a strong multidisciplinary foundation and brings deep strategic financial and regulatory expertise to the organization.
Mr. Acharya heads our financial and compliance functions and delivers comprehensive financial and compliance solutions, including financial analysis, financial reporting, efficient tax management (Income Tax, GST, and TDS), and also has been instrumental in successfully managing statutory and tax audits.
With a commitment to precision, transparency, and governance, in his role as Company Secretary of EIPL, Mr. Acharya plays a pivotal part in ensuring robust corporate governance, statutory compliance, and efficient management of secretarial functions in line with the Companies Act, contributing significantly to the company’s operational excellence and sustainable growth.
